This programme equips a new manager with the essential soft skills such as the basics of leadership, communication, presentation, alignment with the firm’s mission.  We help young leaders early in their career to find as many symbiotic points as possible in their talents and personal qualities, which they align with the company mission so as to become an authentic model.  They also gain a routine on how to work with a team, how to manage individuality as well as to harness the measurement of results.
